Is delivery chargable?
We offer FREE DELIVERY by normal mail for all bracelet and locket purchases.
Registered mail will be chargeable to you for an additional $2.50.
For purchases of only accessories (excluding locket and bracelet), a delivery fee of $1 will be charged.

Do you offer international delivery?
Unfortunately, we only deliver within Singapore.

Is self collection available?
Self-collection can be arranged at our convenience for orders above $10.

How long will it take for me to receive my order?
Upon confirmation of payment, your items will be mailed out via SingPost within 3 working days.

What is the packaging of my item like?
All locket and bracelet purchases are carefully bubble-wrapped in silver pouches and delivered in waterproof polymail bags!

What currency are the prices stated in?
All prices stated are in SGD.

What are the terms and conditions?
- All items sold are not exchangeable or refundable unless item is defective or wrongly delivered
- Registered mail is recommended as we will not be responsible for any lost mail

What is inclusive of a locket purchase?
You will receive the locket of your choice, inclusive of a key ring (used as a key chain) AND a necklace in length 60-65cm (snake, link or necklace chain, subject to availability)
